Andrew received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 2002 and earned a four year scholarship there on the varsity tennis team.  He then achieved a Masters in Accounting Degree at the University of South Florida, specializing in Accounting Information Systems.  Andrew began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Assurance & Advisory Services in Tampa; he spent nearly four years at Deloitte before moving onto his current position as audit manager of ValienteHernandez P.A.

 

Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs.  He has also been an adjunct accounting professor since 2004 at Hillsborough Community College, teaching Cost Accounting and Intermediate Financial Accounting at the HCC Ybor Campus.   Since 2008, Andrew is also the adjunct accounting professor at the University of Tampa. 

 

Andrew enjoys a variety of sports and outdoor activities, namely scuba diving & spear fishing, ultimate frisbee, basketball, tennis and golf.  He currently resides in South Tampa.
