As administrative manager, Monica is responsible for a number of day to day administrative matters. Monica is also responsible for all special projects for the firm. Her regular administrative responsibilities include her roles with the firm’s financial statements and overall financial functions, as well as her leadership role with ValienteHernandez P.A.'s Marketing, Recruiting and Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support Service Committees.

Monica has been with the firm for over 12 years and is currently expecting the arrival of her new daughter.
