ValienteHernandez offers a full spectrum of attest services. An attest service may consist of an audit following auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards ("Yellow Book"), U.S. and/or Florida Single Audit Acts, and other established authorities. Additionally, a review following prescribed procedures by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants is considered an attestation engagement.

Financial Forecast and Projections

ValienteHernandez will assist you with financial and business forecasting services, including pro forma projections. We will also customize -What If- planning scenarios to help management forecast financial outcome and plan for unexpected business contingencies.

Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination

ValienteHernandez offers tailor-made forensic accounting and litigation support services with the expectation of offering expert testimony. Members of our staff hold the Certified Fraud Examiner designation (not licensed under Florida laws).

Accounting Services

ValienteHernandez offers a complete range of accounting services. For non-attest clients, we compile financial statements in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP) for use by banks, investors, and other third parties. Our firm will also prepare custom financial reports for internal managerial purposes.
